1. Open Settings on your iPhone.
2. Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
3. Tap Keep Clear, then Cancel Subscription.

Cancel at least 24 hours before your current period ends to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you’ve paid for.

Apple handles all payments, so refunds come from Apple. Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in, choose Request a refund and select Keep Clear. We can’t issue refunds ourselves.

Your progress is stored on your phone, not with us. It comes across when you set up your new iPhone from an iCloud backup or transfer directly from your old one.

If you delete the app, or set up a new phone without a backup, your progress can’t be recovered, because we don’t have a copy.

Sign in with the same Apple Account, open Keep Clear and tap Restore purchases on the subscription screen. Your subscription belongs to your Apple Account, so it comes with you.

Not on its own. It walks you through the free tools that do: BetStop, which bars you from every licensed Australian online and phone betting company, your bank’s gambling block, and self-exclusion from pubs, clubs and casinos. Together they make a bet much harder to place.

Check that notifications are allowed for Keep Clear in your iPhone’s Settings, under Notifications. Then open Profile in Keep Clear and check that Reminders is on and set to a time that suits you. A Focus mode, like Sleep or Do Not Disturb, can also hold reminders back.

In Keep Clear, tap the round button at the top of Home to open Profile, then tap Delete all my data. It’s removed from your phone straight away. The privacy policy explains what we do and don’t keep.
